Special: Stay two or more days, and receive a discount off your total room bill!
Each additional person is $15.00 per day

All Rooms Have:

Private baths, color television, individually controlled air conditioning, individually controlled heat, clock radio, ample seating areas, most have phones and other amenities. Wireless Internet available. Rates include homemade breakfast delights and afternoon through evening tea with homemade sweets.

Honeymoon Suite: $175/night
*Winter Special: Sun - Thurs $165/night - Fri & Sat $165/night

This romantic suite consists of two beautiful rooms with handstenciled borders. A separate living room includes a TV/VCR, love seat, table and chairs. There is a 2 person shower stall in the private bath. Upstairs, is a King size bed, a two person whirlpool bath, another love seat in front of a gas fireplace, and an additional TV.

Two Room Efficiency: $175/night
*Winter Special: Sun - Thurs $165/night - Fri & Sat $165/night

Our Two room efficiency has a large living and kitchenette area with a "L" shaped bench with table, a couch that opens to a double bed, as well as a tv. The bedroom has a queen size bed with two dressers , and the bath has a whirlpool tub/shower unit. There is also an over/under washer/dryer for those long stays.

Large Suite: $150/night

Our colonial style suites are equipped with one king size bed, whirlpool tub and a gas fireplace to create romantic ambiance. They are perfect for romantic getaways, or simply to add a touch of class to your vacation.

The deluxe rooms are cozy and comfortable, an excellent alternative to the modern hotel room. The country colors, and tasteful decor will be a welcomed haven after a long day of sight-seeing, or as a respite from the business world. Deluxe rooms include one queen size bed, or 2 single beds, private bath, TV, phone, heating and air conditioning.

Other Information

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

Large hotels and motels often overbook guest rooms to cover late cancellations. Because we are a small Inn we do not do this, and, therefore must have a Cancellation Policy.

Room rates are subject to confirmation at the time of your reservation and advance reservations are requested. No guest rooms will be held until we have a confirmed reservation, a credit card is required. A one night's deposit (less tax) for the room you are requesting will be applied to your your account.

Notice of cancellation is required fourteen (14) days prior to your visit for a deposit refund (a change of date within that 14 day period is considered to be a cancellation.) You must have a cancellation letter supplied by us for verification. For those who do not call or show up , they will be charged for the entire stay. This policy ensures you that your room will be ready when you arrive and assures us that your room is sold as well. This cancellation policy applies to all gift certificates as well.

Sometimes it is necessary to change the location of a guest room that has been specifically requested. We reserve the right to change the location to an equal or better room without notification.
