Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

Large hotels and motels often overbook guest rooms to cover late cancellations. Because we are a small Inn we do not do this, and, therefore must have a Cancellation Policy.

Room rates are subject to confirmation at the time of your reservation and advance reservations are requested. No guest rooms will be held until we have a confirmed reservation, a credit card is required. A one night's deposit for the room you are requesting will be applied to your your account.

Notice of cancellation is required fourteen (14) days prior to your visit for a deposit refund (a change of date within that 14 day period is considered to be a cancellation.) You must have a cancellation letter supplied by us for verification. For those who do not call or show up , they will be charged for the entire stay. This policy ensures you that your room will be ready when you arrive and assures us that your room is sold as well. This cancellation policy applies to all gift certificates as well.

Sometimes it is necessary to change the location of a guest room that has been specifically requested. We reserve the right to change the location to an equal or better room without notification.

To Reserve a room, a credit card number is required.
