About Oak Valley Inn Bed & Breakfast

	The property of the Oak Valley Inn is comprised of 3 brick structures, and 3 wood frame buildings set behind. All of which sits on 4.25 +/- acres, within the Village of Geneseo, NY. The property has all public utilities, and is bordered by Livingston County property, creating a park-like setting.
The Inn itself is setback from the main highway about 800 feet and has offered quiet country elegance for the last 16 years.
	Geneseo has a State University here, it is the County Seat, and is central to all of Western NY. Rochester, NY is 30 minutes, Niagara Falls, Canada is 1.5 hours, the Finger Lakes and wine country tours, any-where from 45 minutes to 2 hours away. There are Antique shops galore, with history abounding at the Genesee Country Village and Museum.
The Oak Valley Inn has 15 guest rooms. 2 guest rooms are 2 room suites. All of the guest rooms have private baths, heating and air conditioning, T.V.s, most have phones. There is a separate dining and common area for the guests to use. There are two private areas for the Innkeeper on the premises.
